These workshops provide learning and development which integrates principles of The Whiteness Matrix, DE&I, and Anti-Racism. The participants are offered an opportunity to consider anti-racism and anti-discrimination not as a one-off training course, an add on, nice to have or current trend; but as a way of doing things.
